Yeah, by the subject title, I know you all already know it would be me, Meg, posting.
I think my mommy might be getting a bit frustrated with me lately. To be honest, I have been a little snippy.
The most recent thing happened 2 nights ago.
My mom had just snuggled herself under the blankets in bed so, of course, I joined her.
We had been lying there for maybe 2 minutes when my daddy walked in the room.
I kind of lost my mind on him.
I jumped up and started screaming and running around on the bed, as my mom put it, like a crazy fool. I was so afraid that he had come in to do something that would make my mommy get out of bed, and I didn't like that idea. I screamed and wailed at him to LEAVE! He wasn't listening. Oh, I was SO SO angry. I didn't think it would be a good idea to actually snip, claw or bite daddy, so I attacked the next best thing. My brother.
When will people learn that this is MY bed. MINE! Stay out when I am cuddling/sleeping with mommy.
I don't know what has gotten into me lately. I just feel like I have so little mommytime, that I have become a bit possessive.
How do I control these anger issues??

Meg, you say "anger issues" like it's a bad thing... ;-))
How do you expect to control your humans and get your way with them without letting them know how you feel?
Heck, after hearing your account of it, I might have done the same thing myself... I hate to move when I'm snuggling comfortably...
Oh you Guyzos! Meg, you could ask your Mom or Dad to send a question in to George Online Cat, His secretary is a qualified Pet Behaviourist and helps George give very sound advice to cats. Your anger could be caused by many different things - pain, fear, attachment issues - all kindsa stuff.
This is George's page..

Whoa...Meg, we think you need to learn to share a little better...
If you lived at our house you'd get the squirt bottle...enough said
ROFL Petey, I LIKE the squirt bottle. My parents have tried that, and I like it and think it's a fun game.
Hmmmm, you do see to be a bit out of sorts, Meg. But if you're eating well and feeling OK otherwise, I wouldn't worry about a bit of "bed possessiveness". It's normal to be upset when someone tries to intrude on your space.
